SMS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Glowin Technology Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides SMS services to enhance communication with our customers. By opting in to receive SMS communications from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. OPT-IN REQUIREMENTS
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive transactional text messages from Glowin Technology Inc. This may include, but is not limited to, appointment confirmations and reminders, meeting recaps, food order confirmations and status updates, and important account updates. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

2. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency depends on your own activity. You receive messages only in connection with an appointment you book or an order you place, including a reminder before a booked appointment. Typically this is one message per appointment or per order. We do not send recurring or scheduled marketing messages.

3. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Standard message and data rates may apply. These charges are determined by your carrier, and you are responsible for any fees associated with receiving SMS messages from us.

4. OPT-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any of our messages. Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will send one final confirmation message and you will receive no further SMS messages from us.

5. HELP INSTRUCTIONS
If you need assistance or have questions about our SMS services, you can reply "HELP" to any of our messages or contact us directly at bd@glowintech.com or (888) 719-5615.

6. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
SMS services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivering SMS messages due to network issues or other factors outside our control. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our SMS services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
